Informative staff, large room, everything was perfect. There were central heating, a writing table and a radio in the room, loved that. Apart from that, Casco antiguo de Poza was 15 minutes' drive away. Unbeatable location, 15 minutes drive from the airport. Nice interior, nice restaurant.

Really nice stay, as always. The place was clean and staff were VERY WELCOMING, I loved pleasant location. It was right next to Burgos downtown.

I needed laundry facilities, but they didn't have it.

Hotel was reasonably priced. Spectacular view, a lovely balcony, comfy bed, too. They made my stay unforgettable! The service offered was outstanding too. Plus, the venue had private parking, very handy. The place was close to Burgos city center.

Decent location, very hardworking staff, absolutely stunning views. Comfortable beds, complimentary wireless internet and coffee/tea making facilities were a nice touch. The staff did all they can for a magnificent stay. Loved Burgos, the hotel was top-notch.

Great place for 1 night. We loved everything, it was just perfect. Very comfy bed, immaculately clean bathroom and central heating, a flat-screen TV and a radio in the room. The decor was European.

Caring staff, very central location and common room. The room was spaceous and fresh clean. That was hip new hotel set in historic area. Loved that this venue was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Delademanda Mercado, ate there once or twice.
